Examples of Recent Work

Recent research projects include a national analysis of the frontline health care workforce for a major health care foundation, (click here to read a related case study), a survey of best practices in nursing leadership programs for a major health care foundation, and a report assessing the scope and impact of allied health shortages on patient care services in California for a hospital association.

Currently, HWS is conducting a second phase of research on innovative care delivery models for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. This work builds on an earlier inquiry HWS conducted for a leading integrated health care delivery system.
