We are currently looking for the following exceptional people:
Ideally this person will come from a top shelf strategy consulting firm or boutique healthcare consulting firm with significant project management experience, preferably at the senior manager/manager level.

Responsibilities
Plan and drive project execution, while guiding
and directing junior team members. Help identify,
clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to
clients' strategic success. Manage all data collection
initiatives, structure sophisticated analyses,
and oversee daily interaction with clients. Interpret
results from multiple project components. Generate
practical solutions and ensure clients assume
ownership required for successful implementation.
Attract, retain, and develop staff. Develop enduring
relationships with existing clients at a senior
level. Participate in client presentations and
proposal writing.
Requirements
MBA preferred. 3-5 years experience at the senior
manager/manager level in a highly respected management
consulting firm or similar environment. Experience
in managing professional staff. Exceptional communication
skills. Ability to develop new client relationships
and sell consulting services. Health care industry
experience preferred.
EMs/SCs will be expected to potentially travel
up to 70% intermittently. Candidates will preferably
reside in San Francisco or Boston although it
is not a requirement. Compensation will be highly
competitive for the right people.

Ideally
this person will be 3-5 years out of a top undergrad
program with deep analytical experience and solid
critical thinking skills, preferably from a consulting,
investment banking or related environment.

Responsibilities
Play an active role in all aspects of the engagement:
identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing
and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions
into recommendations and helping to implement
change. Manage and perform detailed analytical
analyses.
Requirements
Undergrad degree from top school. 3+ years experience
in a highly analytical role. Solid Excel and Powerpoint
skills. Great communicator. Senior analysts/associates
will be expected to potentially travel up to 70%
intermittently. Compensation will be highly competitive
for the right people.
